Due to the sharp increase of measle infections in the past year, the ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Company) has broadly covered this topic. As previously reported, Dr. Niki Popper, head of DEXHELPP and CSO of dwh GmbH, is leading research on public vaccination rates (measles and polio). This research is being conducted for the Austrian Ministry of Health.

For their coverage of the topic the ORF (online and on TV, available until February 17, 2019) interviewed Niki Popper to explain the challenges of reaching the status of heard immunity – and for it a 95% vaccination rate across the whole population.
