Complex systems, such as the health system or other socio-technical systems generate enormous amounts of data. COCOS and DEXHELPP develop new technologies and models for the analysis, planning and control of such Systems. Potentials for concrete applications are presented and discussions with international experts on the opportunities and risks of such technologies are held.
